If you would like to know which data we process about you, use the contact form. When we have received your request, you will receive an overview of all personal data that we process about you. The overview includes other information too:
- An overview of the personal data that we hold about you.
- The reason why we process these data.
- With whom we share these data.
- How long we save your data for.
- An overview of the criteria that determine how long we save the data for.
- From whom we have received the data if you didn’t provide the data.
- The rationale, the importance and the consequences of automatic processing.
You can choose how you wish to receive the overview: by post or through a secure online environment.
If the data are incorrect or incomplete, you can ask us to amend the data. You do this by submitting a written and signed request.
If you believe that we are unjustifiably processing and saving your personal data, you can ask us to erase these data. As soon as we have received the written and signed request, we will assess your request.
Good to know
We will always save your personal data for as long as required by law. We will then delete your data, except for when there is a good reason for keeping your data for a little longer. For example, when you have submitted a complaint and we are still dealing with this.
In two cases, you can object to the processing of your data:
- When we use your data for direct marketing and you prefer us not to, in which case you can inform us of your preference. You will also find an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every commercial email.
- When we have weighed up our interests and your (privacy) interests and you believe that we have not done that properly. The Privacy and Cookie rules state when we would weigh up these interests.
